Any instruction given by an officer to an RC or MC rep concerning their region's operation(s) is to be implemented at the earliest possible opportunity. The instruction is to be followed to the letter, irrespective of whether or not you think the officer is in the right or has authority. There are no exceptions and RC, MC Reps have no authority to assume any course of action which doesn't strictly adhere to the officer's directive. Unless overridden by the MC in 2, the officer's directive is final. 2. If you do not agree with the officer's directive, raise it at MC level and it will be dealt with as new business at the next meeting, via email discussion/vote, or an extra-ordinary meeting will be called. The original directive will then be voted upon by the entire MC in accordance with Rules 45.7 - 45.12 inclusive. The Regions/Officers have full authority under the Rules to support the directive or override/replace it. Any such decision by the MC is binding and final.
