There are two "Legs". Look for your name, and who it tells you to call next. Can each start of each leg start calling 10-15 minutes before the start of the meeting. A list of contact numbers is available.
If the start of a leg is not available, please let me know immediately. Likewise, when you are attempting to call the next person in your leg and you cannot reach them, just skip and go down to the next person...

Each start leg should start connecting the call at around 8:15pm (or 8:45pm) for 8:30pm (or 9:00pm) EST (NOT daylight saving time).
Call Conference instructions are (the starters won't need this until maybe later)
1. Press "FLASH/RECALL" to put first caller on hold.
2. Wait for dial tone, then dial the next person on your leg.
3. Once connected, put them on hold by pressing "FLASH/RECALL".
4. Wait for dial tone, then press "3" to bring both calls into conference.
5. If the person you tried to call was not available, press "FLASH/RECALL". Wait for dial tone, then press "1" to return to the first call.
